Denver Nuggets owner Josh Kroenke denied reports suggesting he would never consider trading forward Michael Porter Jr. during a recent press conference.

"Completely false," Kroenke stated.

"I'm not going to be green-lighting any trades around here when I don't see complete organizational cohesion and we're not maximizing the group we've got," he added.

Reports had claimed that the Nuggets' ownership group, led by the Kroenke family, was highly unlikely to approve any trade involving Porter due to a strong bond between Porter and the Kroenkes, stemming from their shared connection to the University of Missouri.

After a challenging start to his NBA career, Michael Porter Jr. has found his role with the Nuggets and become a key contributor. This season, he's averaging 18.1 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game.
