The Phoenix Suns are looking to shake up the roster and will engage in trade talks involving their star, Kevin Durant.
The Phoenix Suns have began their makeover for next season, with the firing of head coach Mike Budenholzer today.
Although this coaching change will most definitely not be the only change in the team during the offseason, it started early for the Suns after an extremely disappointing season, missing the postseason completely.
According to ESPN's Shams Charania, Phoenix is expected to engage in trade conversations involving Kevin Durant this offseason.
Per Shams, multiple teams will seriously pursue Durant, who finished another stellar season, and the franchise is expected to work with Durant and his business partner and Boardroom CEO Rich Kleiman on the next landing spot for the future Hall of Famer.
The Suns will also have discussions on the future of Bradley Beal, who still has two years and $111 million remaining on his contract, including a no-trade clause.
