According to Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer, Castleton will rejoin the Raptors for the final weekend of the regular season.
Castleton started the season on a two-way contract with the Memphis Grizzlies before moving on to the Raptors and then the 76ers, where he played on a pair of 10-day contracts.
Over the course of 24 games this season, the 7-foot center has averaged 4.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game.
His most impressive stretch came while with the Raptors, where he averaged 6.9 points and 7.4 rebounds in just 10 games.
Although Castleton’s 10-day contract with the Sixers runs through Saturday, the team may choose to end it early to allow him to officially sign with Toronto.
