Following the game, Milan head coach Ettore Messina addressed the tough loss, citing a depleted roster and a lack of confidence as key issues.

"We have too many people out, we have zero confidence in what we’re doing, and obviously, it was not a good performance," Messina said in a postgame interview. "But we will recover the players, and we will be okay."

This marks the third consecutive season in which Milan has failed to reach the EuroLeague playoffs. They will close out their campaign at home next Thursday against Baskonia.
