Fans are eager to see how his game will translate to the NBA, and Flagg himself has provided a glimpse by comparing his style to some elite forwards.
"I think someone that I’ve said for a while is Jayson Tatum offensively—the way he changes pace and uses his body," Flagg told GQ Sports.
"Defensively, I watch Jonathan Isaac a lot. It’s the way he’s versatile guarding—I think he uses his body really well to block shots, cover ground, and sit down to defend guards," he added.
This season, Flagg has been a standout for Duke, averaging 18.9 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game. He’s also been a force on defense, tallying 1.4 steals and 1.3 blocks per game. His efforts have helped lead Duke to the Final Four in March Madness, where they’ll face the Houston Cougars on Saturday.
