Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot signed a one-year deal with ASVEL.
Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot arrives at LDCL ASVEL Villeurbanne for the next season, according to the official announcement.

Luwawu-Cabarrot, 28, returned to Europe last November in hopes of helping EA7 Emporio Armani Milan amidst an injury bug when Shavon Shields got sidelined for an extended period. He managed to play 24 EuroLeague games for Milan, averaging 9.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.1 assists for 6.0 PIR.
His numbers were better in the Italian League -- 11.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 11.6 PIR.
The 2.01-meter athlete has six years of NBA experience. His last team was the Atlanta Hawks, but he also played for the Philadelphia 76ers, Oklahoma City Thunder, Chicago Bulls, and Brooklyn Nets.
The French player went 24th overall by the Sixers in 2016 after playing four professional seasons in France and Serbia. He holds NBA career averages of 5.9 points and 2.0 rebounds over 328 games.
