LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne officially announced that the club extended a contract with head coach T.J. Parker until 2026.
The younger brother of team president Tony Parker became the head coach of ASVEL back in 2020 and since then he won two back-to-back French league titles and one French Cup.
ASVEL finished the last EuroLeague regular season at the bottom of the standings, together with Zalgiris Kaunas, with a record of 8 wins and 20 losses. T.J. Parker has a 23-43 record in the EuroLeague.
The 38-year-old French specialist began his coaching career with ASVEL in 2013 as an assistant. He was also ASVEL's head coach for the second half of the 2017-18 season.
