Luka Mitrovic will miss both the ABA League match and the EuroLeague game due to a muscle strain.
Luka Mitrovic had to leave the game against FC Bayern Munich on Friday due to an injury. Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade now provided an update about the player's status.
According to the team's announcement, magnetic resonance tests and other detailed examinations revealed that the forward did not suffer a serious injury.
However, it is noted that muscle strain causes significant pain and the player will need rest, daily therapy, and constant supervision.
Mitrovic will miss the ABA League game against Igokea and the EuroLeague match against AS Monaco next week.
There is currently no exact timeline for the return of the Serbian player.
Mitrovic played only 3 minutes against Bayern. Before the match, he averaged 7.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.25 assists per game for 11.25 PIR.
