Victor Wembanyama was again Metropolitans' top scorer in his team's away win in Bourg.

Boulogne-Metropolitans 92 (5-1) had to fight their way back from a six-point deficit in the last quarter to force overtime and eventually down hosts JL Bourg Basket (3-4) 95-91 (23-14, 18-25, 22-21, 16-16, 19-15) in overtime.

Victor Wembanyama, the top NBA prospect followed with interest by world basketball, had a stellar game with 23 points on 7/12 FG and 9/10 FT, 10 rebounds, 5 blocks, 2 assists, and 4 turnovers in 36 minutes. The young player became the star of the match with his performance.

That was Wembanyama's first French LNB outing broadcasted by the NBA through its NBA League Pass platform which also features English commentary. Additionally, the league has purchased the rights to broadcast French cup games as well as playoff matches. LNB highlights are added to the package as well.

Apart from Victor Wembanyama, Ibrahima Fall Faye had 10 points and 5 rebounds, while Hugo Besson finished with 10 points, DeVante Jones 12 points and Aaron Henry 12 points. Bandja Sy also scored 11 points.

James Palmer had 18 points and 6 rebounds for Bourg, while Axel Julien had 12 points, Jordan Floyd had 14 and Isiaha Mike had 8 points. Hugo Benitez also finished the game with 4 points. Pierre Pelos also scored 22 points.

With this result, Metropolitans snatched their 5th domestic win in a row, while Bourg suffered their fourth defeat.
