Lillard has been out since March 18 due to a blood clot, and doctors have been monitoring his condition before clearing him to return. That's a historically quick return from such a health issue.
Earlier, it was reported that Lillard has made significant progress in his recovery.
Lillard was diagnosed with a deep vein thrombosis in the right calf. This season, he has averaged 24.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 7.1 assists over 58 games.
Without Lillard, the Bucks lost Game 1 by a score of 117-98. Indiana has a home-court advantage in the series.
