Former Golden State Warriors president and general manager Bob Myers is being aggressively pursued by the Philadelphia 76ers for a front-office role, according to NBA insider Brandon 'Scoop B' Robinson.

As the architect behind the Warriors' dynasty, Myers played a pivotal role in leading Golden State to four NBA championships in eight seasons. The 76ers see him as the missing piece in their quest to build a championship-caliber roster.

Myers is widely respected for his ability to acquire top-tier talent. During his tenure, he helped draft franchise legends like Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green while also orchestrating major moves, including the acquisition of Kevin Durant.

A two-time NBA Executive of the Year, Myers stepped down as the Warriors' president and GM in May 2023 and has since transitioned into a media role with ESPN.

Despite his time away from the front office, he remains one of the most sought-after executives in the league. The Brooklyn Nets have also reportedly shown interest in bringing Myers into their front office.
