San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich addressed his team for the first time since his suffering a stroke last November.

Popovich confirmed to his team that he won't return to coaching this season, according to Chris Haynes.

Earlier this month Shams Charania reported that legendary Gregg Popovich is not expected to return to the team this season, as he recovers from a mild stroke. There's also a strong belief that his coaching career might be over in general.

At 75 years old, Popovich is a Hall of Famer who has been with the Spurs since 1996.

He holds the record for the most wins in NBA history and has led the team to five NBA championships. Additionally, he is a three-time NBA Coach of the Year.
