This will be Ukraine's first absence from EuroBasket since 2009, and Len will miss the opportunity to participate in his second consecutive European championship following the 2022 competition.
The Lakers acquired Len through free agency on Oct. 11 after a trade with Mark Williams and Charlotte was rescinded.
In his two games with the Lakers, Len has averaged 2.0 points and 4.0 rebounds in 16.0 minutes per game.
While Len will be absent from FIBA EuroBasket 2025, Slovenia's Luka Doncic is expected to compete, as his national team has already secured a spot in the tournament.
Luka is known for his commitment to representing Slovenia every summer when healthy.
