The Lakers’ frontline got thinner with Jaxson Hayes, who has a sprained ankle, set to be reevaluated in 1-2 weeks.
Jaxson Hayes will have to miss some time for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Hayes suffered a left ankle sprain during the team’s recent practice and will be re-evaluated in 1-2 weeks, the team announced.
He will miss the Lakers’ game against the Memphis Grizzlies in the NBA Cup.
In the Lakers’ win over the Toronto Raptors, Hayes put up 12 points on 4-for-6 shooting, to go along with 6 rebounds and 1 block.
