The tip-off between South Sudan and Puerto Rico is scheduled for 11 a.m. CET/5 a.m. ET. South Sudan will make its Olympic debut after directly qualifying for the Paris Games through the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup.

Meanwhile, Puerto Rico with its star Jose Alvarado won the Qualifying Tournament in June and returned to the Summer Olympics for the first time since 2004.
