Puerto Rico national team star Jose Alvarado suffered an injury scare during the Paris Olympics game against South Sudan.
Just before the end of the 2nd quarter, Alvarado seemed to hurt his right leg as Puerto Rico inbounded the ball.
Despite starting the 2nd half on the bench, the New Orleans Pelicans guard did some stretching and returned to the court.

Right after the incident, Alvarado laid on the ground for a while before standing up and leaving the court with the help of his national team staff.
In the first half against South Sudan, Alvarado played for 16 minutes, accumulating 19 points (6/8 FG, 2/3 3PT, 5/6 FT), 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 18 EFF.
