With the Croatian national team set to battle to play in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, Dario Saric has found his new team in the NBA.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN, Saric has signed a two-year $10.6 million deal with the Denver Nuggets.
A role player for the Golden State Warriors last season, 30-year-old Saric averaged 8 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game.
This will be the 6th team for the Croatian forward in his NBA career after previously playing for Golden State, Philadelphia 76ers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Phoenix Suns, and Oklahoma City Thunder.
Currently in Piraeus, Greece, Saric is representing the Croatian national team which will compete in the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament final against Giannis Antetokounmpo-led Greece for a chance to play in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
