The second day saw Gilas Pilipinas upset Latvia in the Riga tournament, while Greece breezed past the Dominican Republic with relative ease thanks to a monster performance from Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Each of the four tournaments features six teams in two separate groups. The two best teams of each group advance to the playoff stage to play against the two best teams of the other group in the single-elimination semifinals and the final.
On the third day, Gilas Pilipinas secured their semifinal berth despite a narrow loss to Georgia. In addition, Luka Doncic's Slovenia, Cameroon, Lebanon, and Finland won crucial games in their respective groups and advanced to the next stage.
