Golden State Warriors guard Chris Paul will reportedly draw interest from the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Clippers if he hits free agency.
One of the NBA's veteran point guards, Chris Paul from the Golden State Warriors, may draw interest from two other teams if he hits free agency.
According to Marc Stein, Paul will see the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Clippers interested in him in the event that he becomes a free agent.
Stein notes that the desire to bring Paul to the Lakers is not "unanimous" but that he is on very friendly terms with LeBron James.
On the other hand, Paul played for the Clippers in 2011-2017.
Currently, the point guard has a non-guaranteed $30 million option, which the Golden State Warriors may exercise or not. If they do not until the 28th of June, Paul becomes a free agent.
This year, Chris Paul averaged 9.1 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 6.7 assists per game.
