Desmond Bane, who has been one of the many absentees of the Memphis Grizzlies this season, is slated to make his imminent return.
According to Damichael Cole, the guard will make his return from injury against the Oklahoma City Thunder on the 17th of March.
It was very recently stated by the team head coach Taylor Jenkins that Bane was close to making his return, having started training five-on-five with his team.
The guard is among the many injured players of the Grizzlies, including Derrick Rose, Steven Adams, and Ja Morant.
Bane averages 24.4 points, 5.3 assists per game (both career highs), and 4.5 rebounds per game in 37 appearances for the Grizzlies this season. He's also making a career-high 3.3 3-pointers per game.
