Evans, 26, made 17 EuroLeague appearances in the 2022-23 season, averaging a team-high 15.9 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 17.4 PIR per game. However, he suffered a season-ending Achilles injury vs. Fenerbahce in Round 17 (January 5).
Brazdekis, 24, played his first season overseas after NBA stints with the New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers, and Orlando Magic. The Lithuanian NT member registered 11.6 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 8.8 PIR over 35 EuroLeague games last season.
Zalgiris added Naz Mitrou-Long and local big man Danielius Lavrinovicius this offseason. The team also extended the contract of Tomas Dimsa.
According to Donatas Urbonas of BasketNews, Brady Manek is expected to be the last newcomer to complete the 2023-24 Zalgiris roster.
