Danielius Lavrinovicius signed a 1+1 deal with Zalgiris.
Danielius Lavrinovicius became the second Zalgiris Kaunas signing this summer, the Lithuanian club announced.
The 24-year-old Lavrinovicius and Zalgiris agreed to a 1+1 year deal, according to the announcement.
"Joining Zalgiris is a dream come true," Lavrinovicius said in a statement. "No one argues that Zalgiris is No. 1 in Lithuania, therefore, every player wants to play here. It's a big step in my career, so I can't wait to start working and introduce myself to the fans."
Last season, Lavrinovicius played in the Lithuanian League (LKL) for Nevezis-Optibet Kedainiai.
Lavrinovicius, who can play in power forward and center positions, averaged 10.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 10.4 EFF per game in 34 appearances.
