Donatas Motiejunas agreed to a contract extension with AS Monaco, according to BasketNews sources.

The 32-year-old center has decided to stay with Monaco for another two years.

Last season, a 2.13m Lithuanian center helped Roca Team to reach the EuroLeague Final Four and secure third place, also winning the French championship and cup competition.

Motiejunas averaged 8.5 points (63.5% 2P), 3.7 rebounds, 0.8 assists, and 10.0 EFF in less than 18 minutes of EuroLeague action.

He had an excellent performance in Berlin, scoring 22 points on an impressive 9 out of 10 field goals in just 20 minutes of play – marking his highest-scoring game of the season

Among players who logged under 18 minutes on average, Motiejunas had a performance index rating of 10.0, ranking him third highest in this category.

Out of all EuroLeague players who attempted at least five 2-pointers per game, Motiejunas boasted the fifth-best shooting percentage (63.5%).

According to BBallytics, with Motiejunas on the court, Monaco experienced the most significant increase in team assist percentage (+3.5%).

In the French championship, D-Mo maintained solid numbers, averaging 10.7 points (62.4% 2P, 51.2% 3P), 4.6 rebounds, 1.0 assists, and 11.5 EFF in just 18 minutes per game
