Olympiacos Piraeus have clinched first place in the 2024–25 EuroLeague regular season after their Round 34 win over Maccabi Tel Aviv. However, it's worth noting that no No. 1 seed has gone on to win the EuroLeague title since the round-robin format was introduced.

Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul secured the second seed with a road victory over Bayern Munich, while Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens are locked into third place, regardless of the outcome of their final game against Crvena Zvezda.

AS Monaco rounded out the top four by defeating ASVEL, securing home-court advantage in the playoffs.

All four teams will enjoy home-court advantage in their best-of-five playoff series, which begin on Tuesday, April 22, and will conclude no later than Wednesday, May 7. The higher-seeded team will host Games 1, 2, and, if necessary, Game 5.

No. Team Record
1. Olympiacos 24-10
2. Fenerbahce 23-11
3. Panathinaikos 21-12
4. Monaco 21-13
