Golden State Warriors star Jimmy Butler says he never seen anyone being fouled as much as his teammate Stephen Curry.
Stephen Curry was held to a season-low 3 points as the Golden State Warriors dropped a crucial game to the Houston Rockets, falling 96–106.
After the game Warriors star Jimmy Butler reacted to the way Rockets guarded Steph, saying he's never seen an individual being fouled as much as Steph tonight.
"They did a good job—whatever you want to call it," Butler said via Anthony Slater. "I’ve never seen an individual get fouled more than he got fouled tonight."
"It’s crazy to say, but he’s used to it. He’s dealt with it his whole career, and he’s always found a way—through it, around it, under it, whatever you want to call it."
With this loss the Warriors have now slipped into a tight battle for playoff positioning. They’re part of a four-way tie for the fifth seed, all holding a 46-32 record, and are now dangerously close to falling into the play-in zone.
