The 28-year-old sustained the injury on March 6 during a 113-109 overtime loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. In his absence, the Knicks went 8-7, highlighting just how crucial Brunson's presence is to their success.

Currently sitting third in the Eastern Conference with a 48-28 record, the Knicks will need Brunson's leadership to maintain their position as the playoffs approach.

This season, Brunson has been a standout, averaging 26.3 points, 7.4 assists, and 3.0 rebounds in 61 games, solidifying his place as one of the league's top guards.
