The two coaches touched on numerous topics and talked about both life and basketball.

Among other things, Obradovic revealed how he once quit his job as part of shock therapy and what the reactions were.

"I told my associates that I have no influence on the players. We have to do something, and that is for me to resign. It was a secret that I understood as consent. I thanked the guys, went home," Obradovic said, without specifying the timing of his decision nor the team he was referring to.

Then came the turnaround.

"First, the president of the club called me with the intention of dissuading me, then players begged me not to do it," he recalled.

"I reminded them that they have to change if they want me to stay. We sat down, had a meeting and moved on. I don't think it would be the end of the world if I were to be replaced tomorrow, but I wouldn't like it to happen in Partizan," the 64-year-old tactician noted.
