Olympiacos Piraeus will most likely play without one of their main guards in the Greek Cup finals against Panathinaikos.

Thomas Walkup

Team: Olympiacos Piraeus
Position: PG
Age: 32
Height: 195 cm
Weight: 88 kg
Birth place: Texas, United States of America

Before the game tomorrow, Olympiacos head coach Georgios Bartzokas was sceptical about Thomas Walkup's appearance in the final, saying it's hard to believe he'll be ready to suit up tomorrow.

"Right now it seems extremely difficult," Bartzokas raised his concerns about Walkup's health.

Walkup had been dealing with a back discomfort, which had kept him sidelined since Jan. 20. Giorgos Bartzokas decided to play him during the second Greek Cup quarter-final against Karditsa. However, he did not last more than 04:36 minutes and left for the locker room.
