The Milwaukee Bucks made a huge trade by dealing Khris Middleton for Kyle Kuzma, sending their long-time player to the Washington Wizards.

If you wonder why did the Bucks trade for Kuzma, according to Marc Stein, trading for the 29-year-old was a much more cost-efficient play for the Bucks than other trade scenarios they considered.

This trade obviously takes them a significant step away from their title team with the exit of three-time All-Star Khris Middleton.

Meanwhile, according to Jake Fischer, Giannis Antetokounmpo also supported the idea of acquiring Kyle Kuzma, which was the big reason why the Bucks set on this deal.

The former champion in 2020 with the Lakers, Kyle Kuzma has averaged 15.2 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 32 games this season for the Washington Wizards.
