Coach Ergin Ataman appeared furious at the flash interview for EuroLeague TV, where he called out the game officials for allowing Barca to play with extra physicality.

"We play basketball, a basketball game. This isn't an American football game," Ataman said.

"We got called 9-9 offensive fouls in the second half," the Turkish coach continued.

"It's the first time I've seen something like that. We signed to play basketball, we're a very good basketball team. If we play rugby, or American football in this EuroLeague, with these referees, on the road, of course it will be very difficult to win any games."

"We haven't reviewed the game yet, but I think we have a right to talk about the way we got called some offensive fouls, as opposed to Barcelona's defense was officiated," assistant coach Christos Serelis told NOVASPORTS.

"I think that things could have been different. That played an important role in making some of our players angry," he added.
