After a much needed win against Zalgiris Kaunas, Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz star Chima Moneke discusses his team's comeback, the refs calls that went against him, and Markus Howard's slump among other topics.
Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz put an end to their 6-game losing streak in the EuroLeague by beating Zalgiris Kaunas after an incredible comeback.
After Deividas Sirvydis' 3-pointer, the hosts led 57-41 with 3:58 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. However, Baskonia finished the game on a 42-13 run, claiming an 83-70 win.

Even though Moneke finished the game with 17 points (2/3 2PT, 3/7 3PT, 4/4 FT), 5 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals, and 19 PIR, it wasn't an easy evening for him.
Baskonia star had his own ideas about what held him back.
"Why did I have a slow start, in your opinion?" Moneke interrupted without hearing the full question. "I can't say because I'm gonna get fined. What do you think about those fouls? The first and the third one? The second? Ok, sure."
After implying that the refs made mistakes by calling him at least two fouls, the 28-year-old believes he deserves more respect from the officials, seeing how other players are being treated differently.
"After the 3rd foul, one of the refs said that
