McDowell-White twisted his ankle in his team's last game against Ulm for the domestic league. The MRI scan carried out on Monday showed a torn ligament in the upper ankle area.
After an MRI scan, Martin Hermannsson was able to avoid a major structural damage to his Achilles tendon. Both players will not be available in the upcoming games.
The Australian guard, 26, is averaging 6.0 points, 1.9 rebounds and 2.0 assists for a PIR of 7.3 in his second EuroLeague season following his first stint with Bamberg in 2017-18.
Hermannsonn, 30, is currently into his fifth season in the top competition. The Icelander is having a career-best campaign, averaging 14.6 points, 1.9 rebounds and 4.8 assists.
ALBA are dead-last in the EuroLeague standings with a 1-7 record after eight games.
