Javonte Green will continue his NBA career at the New Orleans Pelicans after recording a solid 2023-24 run with the Bulls.
The New Orleans Pelicans are finalizing a one-year deal with Javonte Green, The Athletic's Shams Charania reported.

The 31-year-old forward played for the Santa Cruz Warriors of the G League, but finished the 2023-24 season with the Chicago Bulls where he averaged 12.2 points, 7.4 rebounds and 0.6 assists in 25.6 minutes and over nine games.
In the past he has also been among others with the Boston Celtics, Ulm and Trieste while in 2017 he made his debut with the Montenegrin national team.
Green represented Montenegro at the FIBA World Cup 2019 Qualifiers, averaging 11.0 points and 4.5 boards. He has played professionally in Germany (ratiopharm Ulm), Italy (Trieste), Spain (Marin).
