Ntilikina confirmed that he had a discussion with Partizan Mozzart Bet coach Zeljko Obradovic before the tournament.
"He wished me luck," Ntilikina said. "For him, it's a time for rest and recruitment. He has many things to do with the team. I am eager to start my journey with Partizan after the Olympics."
He also shared his thoughts on Serbia's basketball team, highlighting their skill and high level of play.
"Serbia is a very talented team with a high level of basketball intelligence," he noted.
"The US may be the most athletic, but Serbia has something unique. It will be a great game, but we are focused on ourselves. If we play like we did tonight, we can beat anyone."
Although he is new to Partizan, Ntilikina already feels the support from their passionate fanbase.
"I've just arrived and don't know anyone yet, but I definitely feel the love and passion from Partizan fans," he said.
