Ignas Brazdeikis returned to Zalgiris, signing a 2-year deal until the end of the 2025-26 season.
Zalgiris Kaunas officially announced that Ignas Brazdeikis is returning to the team after a 1-year break.

The Lithuanian powerhouse officially announced that Brazdeikis signed a 2-year deal that will run through until the end of the 2025-26 season.
BasketNews reported about the agreement between Zalgiris and Brazdeikis on July 15.
Brazdeikis signed with Olympiacos last season on a contract extending until 2026, but he is now heading to a situation where he'll be used as one of the primary options.
In Zalgiris, he had a promising rookie EuroLeague season, averaging 11.6 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 22 minutes during the 2022-23 season.
Before the 2023-24 season, Olympiacos bought Brazdeikis from Zalgiris. In Georgios Bartzokas' loaded rotations, he averaged 11 minutes per game, contributing 3.6 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 0.6 assists.
Brazdeikis showed his potential as a first-class scoring option with performances such as a 25-point game against Anadolu Efes Istanbul in the 2022-23 season, 22 points against AS Monaco, and 21 points against Olympiacos Piraeus, both Final Four teams.
He was also among the top three in scoring and efficiency for the Lithuanian national team during their 6th-place run in the 2023 FIBA World Cup, averaging 11.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists.
Brazdeikis, who was selected 47th in the 2019 NBA Draft, has appeared in 64 NBA games with the New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers, and Orlando Magic. He averaged 5.0 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 0.9 assists during his time in the NBA.
