Jaron Blossomgame has officially signed a new two-year deal to stay with AS Monaco despite interest from FC Barcelona.
Jaron Blossomgame is staying with AS Monaco, as the team officially announced. Both sides agreed on a new two-year deal.
Although the 30-year-old forward was in talks with FC Barcelona, he eventually decided to stay with the Roca Team, as previously reported by BasketNews.
The American spent his first two EuroLeague seasons with Monaco, becoming an important part of a team that made the Final Four in 2023 and reached Game 5 of the playoff series in 2024.
In his second EuroLeague season, Blossomgame averaged 6.6 points (63% 2FG, 25.9% 3FG), 3.3 rebounds, and a 6.4 PIR in 20 minutes per game.
During this year's EuroLeague playoff series against Fenerbahce Istanbul, he posted 7.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.4 steals over five games.
