Good news has arrived for the Golden State Warriors, as the team's legend Stephen Curry has avoided a serious injury.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the MRI scan on Curry's ankle did not reveal anything significant, and a "clearer" timetable for the shooting guard's return will be created depending on how his injury progresses.
Wojnarowski also states that Curry will not be away from the court for a long time, though a tentative timetable still has not been published by the team.
Stephen Curry was injured in a 125-122 loss to the Chicago Bulls. In that game, he had 15 points, 3 rebounds, and 1 assist before he was forced to leave early with 3 minutes and 51 seconds remaining in the game.
