Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens will have to do without Luca Vildoza and Kostas Antetokounmpo against LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne.
Luca Vildoza and Kostas Antetokounmpo will be unable to aid their team, Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens, against LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne in EuroLeague Round 28.
According to SDNA.gr, the two players who were previously injured will not appear against ASVEL as they have not recovered and have not trained with the team.
Vildoza has been out before the Greek Cup and remains sidelined because of a knee injury. On the other hand, Antetokounmpo also has knee problems, which he picked up during the first FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers window.
The team's coach, Ergin Ataman, believes that both players may be ready for the upcoming Greek derby in the EuroLeague versus Olympiacos Piraeus.
As of now, Panathinaikos hold a record of 17 wins and 10 losses, placing them in a three-way tie for the 3rd spot in the EuroLeague standings alongside Monaco and Virtus.
