EA7 Emporio Armani Milan have taken drastic measures for their EuroLeague game against Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade on January 11th.

The Italian club has announced that tickets will be sold only to the residents of the Lombardy region in Italy, banning entrance to Crvena Zvezda fans from Serbia or any other country.

The decision was made after consultations with the National Observatory on Sports Events Analysis Committee for the Safety of Sports Events, the club says.

Only named tickets will be sold and every single purchaser will have to provide complete personal data.

This is not an unusual practice, although clubs don't usually announce such measures. For example, FC Barcelona have very strict measures in place for foreign fans regardless of their affiliation and sometimes cancel tickets even weeks after purchase.
