Luka Doncic was a magician on the court yet again, scoring 34 points on 9-for-20 shooting (3/9 3PT, 13/17 FT), 10 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 steals for a game-leading efficiency score of 36.

Georgia evenly fought in the first quarter, but Slovenians took their game into higher gear in the second period, outscoring the opponents by 13. While the underdogs tried to come back, their efforts were in vain as the Doncic-led roster kept the distance between the team at a decently comfortable range.

Besides Doncic, only two other players from Slovenia scored more than 10 points - Klemen Prepelic (15 PTS, 4/7 FG, 4 TO) and Zoran Dragic (12 PTS, 5/10 FG).

Sandro Mamukelashvili led Georgia in scoring with 21 points (9/15 FG, 2/6 3PT) and 7 rebounds, while Kakhaber Jintcharadze added 12 points on a perfect 4-for-4 shooting.

With the win, Slovenia goes through to the Second Round.
