Lithuanian NT member Mindaugas Kuzminskas is finalizing an agreement with AEK Athens, as reported by BasketNews' Donatas Urbonas.

The 33-year-old last played in Turkey, representing Pinar Karsiyaka Izmir. He averaged 13.9 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 14.9 PIR over 22 domestic games last season while Karsiyaka finished second in the Turkish League.

His Basketball Champions League averages marked 10.5 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 11.3 PIR in eight contests.

Kuzminskas will reunite with coach Joan Plaza, who will be leading the Greek team. Their previous collaboration dates back to 2013 when they worked together in Zalgiris Kaunas and continued their partnership in Unicaja Malaga until 2016.

AEK will be part of Group D in the BCL competition next season, playing against MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg, Dinamo Sassari, and King Wilki Morskie Szczecin.
