The Turkish club announced that the 26-year-old American signed a 1+1 year deal that will run until the end of the 2023-24 season with an option to extend for a further season.
Sestina averaged 10.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.0 assist, and 9.0 PIR per game over 22 appearances.
In the Turkish League, Sestina averaged 10.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 0.8 assists per game.
Turk Telekom reached the EuroCup final but lost 67-71 against Herbalife Gran Canaria.
Sestina finished the final with 7 points (0/1 2PT, 2/5 3PT, 1/2 FT), 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, 1 block, and 5 PIR in 30 minutes of play.
