Vincent gained distinction during the Miami Heat's impressive playoff run in 2023.

Despite going undrafted in 2018 from UC Santa Barbara, he joined the Heat in 2020 and gradually earned more playing time over the next two seasons.

As the 2022-23 regular season progressed, Vincent started in half of his 68 games, and his role expanded to become a full-time starter during the Eastern Conference finals.

He averaged 9.4 points and 2.5 assists per game in the past regular season, including a 33.4% shooting from beyond the arc.

Vincent emerged as the third leading scorer in the playoffs (12.7 PPG), trailing only Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo.
