Panathinaikos officially announced the contract extension with forward Cedi Osman, who signed a contract until the end of 2026-27 season.
Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens announced the contract renewal of forward Cedi Osman until the end of the 2026–27 season.
"I feel truly blessed to be here for another two years, with a team that competes for titles every single year. This is a legendary club, with great people, great coaches, great players. I’m really blessed and happy to be here," Osman said following the contract signing.
"Of course, the fans play a big part in all of this. From the very first moment I arrived, I was impressed. Everything is fantastic — we love them, and we know they love us too! I truly feel happy to continue playing for them as well," he added.
"Obviously, my goal is to win as many titles as possible. Above all, of course, the EuroLeague title. That’s the only thing on my mind — starting with this season," Osman stated.
Osman has averaged 7.9 points and 2.4 rebounds in around 18 minutes per game in the EuroLeague this season, as Panathinaikos went on to finish third in the regular season and will face his former team, Anadolu Efes Istanbul, in the quarter-finals.
