Much like Thursday's loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Nets will again be without several key players as they look to solidify their place in the lottery standings.

Brooklyn has officially ruled out Cam Johnson, D'Angelo Russell, and Nic Claxton for the game against Toronto.

Johnson continues to sit with a lower back contusion, marking his third straight missed game. Russell is out due to right ankle soreness after logging just 12 minutes in Thursday’s contest. Claxton is simply being rested.

The injury report doesn't stop there. Day'Ron Sharpe remains out with a knee sprain, and rookie big man Noah Clowney has been shut down for the rest of the season due to an ankle sprain.

By dropping Sunday's game, the Nets would move closer to securing the sixth-best odds in the NBA Draft Lottery.

Brooklyn's final stretch includes matchups against the New Orleans Pelicans, Atlanta Hawks, Minnesota Timberwolves, and New York Knicks.
