Nick Wright claims that the Boston Celtics could be a team that makes a trade for Kevin Durant this offseason.
Kevin Durant appears to be certainly on the trade block this summer with the Phoenix Suns.
Nick Wright claims that a new powerhouse in the East could be on the move, even though they weren't previously mentioned in the talks:
"Two totally unrelated people, both of whom have reputations for knowing things that other people don't know, have said to watch out for Durant and the Boston Celtics."
"It doesn't make sense to me, I don't even know what would be the package, and it is similar to what Durant got killed for when he joined the Golden State Warriors," Wright claimed.
Durant played 59 games this season so far, averaging 26.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and 26.6 PIR.
