That doesn't mean that they shouldn't care for the next season already, and their management is already making moves.
According to information gathered by Robert Heusel, Niels Giffey is set to earn a contract extension for next season with the Bavarian club.
Giffey joined Bayern in 2022 when Andrea Trinchieri was their coach, and brought some valuable experience in the previous three years.
33-year-old guard played 19 Euroleague games this season, averaging 6.2 points, 1.8 rebounds and 5.3 PIR.
