In a post-game interview, while he avoided directly criticizing the referees, his comments made it clear that he was unhappy with how the game was called.

"I'm not gonna say anything," Doncic said postgame. "But I think everybody saw the game, so they know what happened."

Despite trying to stay diplomatic, he admitted the officiating felt unfair at times. "In the end of the day, it was a lot. It wasn't fair, but you know, you just gotta play the game, gotta keep playing the game. But it was a lot, man, I ain't gonna lie."

In this loss, the 26-year-old Slovenian scored 22 points, dished 12 assists, and rebounded the ball 12 times as well.

The Lakers shot 19 free throws in the game, while the Nets had much more opportunities from the line - 30.

Los Angeles are currently third in the Western Conference with a 40-23 record. Their next game is on the 14th of March against the Milwaukee Bucks.
