On Wednesday morning, the EuroLeague began the ticket sales for the upcoming EuroLeague Final Four in Abu Dhabi.

However, many fans seem to struggle to get their hands on the tickets, facing various technical problems.

BasketNews put itself in the fan's shoes, trying to go through the entire process. As expected in high-demand events, we were first placed in the virtual queue.

After waiting for about half an hour, the next step was to be redirected to the ticket sale platform. However, after a brief wait, the new website loaded with a "Not found" message, offering no option to purchase tickets.

"Not possible to purchase ticket even though have been waiting for more than an hour!" was another message.

Other users shared similar messages and screenshots with the "Not found" error.

BasketNews contacted EuroLeague Communication Director Diego Fernandez Bonet on the matter.

Fernandez Bonet noted that
