Zalgiris Kaunas officially announced that they are terminating the contract of Lithuanian guard Tomas Dimsa by mutual agreement.
Dimsa is signing a contract with Casademont Zaragoza in Liga Endesa, who officially announced the signing of former Zalgiris player today.
31-year-old Dimsa hasn't played this season, as he was recovering from the shoulder injury, that was lingering from the last year. He averaged 6.4 points and 1.7 assists last year in the Euroleague with Zalgiris Kaunas.
Lithuanian has already got some experience playing in Spain, having previously played for Gran Canaria during 2020-21 season. Dimsa also represented the Lithuania in 2023 World Cup, and last year's Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
